Sign-in is handled by our managed authentication provider. You can sign in with email/password or Google. Passwords are never stored by Roblox Coach directly — they are managed by the authentication provider.

Sessions are stored in your browser and can be ended at any time by signing out.

Roblox Coach is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides the application runtime, database, and authentication services. Traffic to the app is served over HTTPS. This page describes the controls we have enabled — it is not a Lovable certification.

We store the minimum information needed to operate your account: your email address, your subscription status, and identifiers from our payments provider (Stripe) used to look up your billing account.

We do not store your card details. All payment information is collected and held by Stripe.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Checkout, billing portal, and payment method updates all happen on Stripe-hosted surfaces. Roblox Coach only receives the subscription status and customer identifier needed to grant access.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in the app header.

• Lovable — application hosting, database, authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in.

Subscription records are protected by row-level security so that each account can only read and modify its own row. Administrative tooling (such as the webhook logs page) is restricted to the project owner.

Your account and subscription record are kept while your account is active. If you would like your account or data deleted, contact us using the address below and we will action the request.
